1. About these terms

Biz Growth Hub is a Nigerian business founded and led by Augusta Nkanu. These terms cover our learning platform, paid programmes and programme communities.

Read these terms together with the programme information shown before payment and our refund, cancellation and transfer policy. Programme-specific dates, prices and access periods apply to the cohort you purchase. The details below for Journey to ₦3 Million describe the initial August 2026 cohort.

These terms do not remove rights available under applicable law. We will not apply new restrictions retrospectively to an existing purchase. See section 11 for how updates affect your enrollment.

2. Enrollment and payments

The one-time full-payment price for Journey to ₦3 Million is ₦37,950. The separately offered manual part-payment option totals ₦39,000: ₦20,000 first and ₦19,000 second. Course access under that option begins only after both payments have been received and confirmed.

Pay through the official checkout or the payment instructions provided by Biz Growth Hub. Online payments are processed through Paystack. A debit alert or payment screenshot alone is not confirmation of enrollment. We verify payment before granting access.

Use your correct name, email address and phone number. Keep your receipt and payment reference. If you are charged but cannot access your account, contact support before paying again. Check any payment-provider or currency-conversion charges shown by your provider before confirming payment.

Enrollment is for one learner. Transfers to another person or cohort require written confirmation from Biz Growth Hub under the refund and transfer policy.

3. Classes and course access

The initial Journey to ₦3 Million programme runs from 31 August to 21 September 2026, with ten live Zoom sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:00 PM West Africa Time (WAT, UTC+1). Learners outside Nigeria should convert this to their local time. Your student portal shows the class schedule and any updates.

Your enrollment includes programme lessons, assignments, available class replays, course resources and your cohort's Telegram community during the programme. Journey to ₦3 Million provides six months of replay and resource access. Check your learner account for the exact access end date. This is not lifetime access.

Lessons may be released in stages. Recordings become available after processing and successful import. Tell support if a recording or lesson is missing. We will communicate schedule changes or significant delivery delays through the portal or our programme communications.

You need a suitable device and internet connection. Internet data, devices and optional business tools you buy separately are not included in the programme fee. If you need help accessing learning material or a participation alternative, contact support.

4. Assignments and completion

The initial programme has ten required, ungraded assignments, including the introduction assignment. Submit all ten through the student portal to complete the programme. Any final completion deadline will be communicated separately.

Ungraded submissions do not require a score. Staff can still see them, but individual marking or feedback is not promised. Staff may provide group guidance, review selected work or request corrections. Where editing is available, you can review and update your submission. Staff retain access to earlier submitted versions.

Submission within 24 hours of the related session is a condition for Bumpa Pro and seed-funding consideration. A later accepted submission can still count toward programme completion, but does not restore that benefit eligibility.

The business-visibility video challenge is optional for programme completion, but required for consideration for Bumpa Pro or seed funding. Use the approved public-post route or private submission alternative. Submit your own work and acknowledge material you use from other people.

5. Recordings and course materials

Live Zoom classes are recorded for enrolled learners in the same cohort. Your display name, voice, video or contributions may appear if you participate. Zoom displays recording notices. You may keep your camera and microphone off if you do not want your image or voice recorded, subject to any clearly stated activity requirement. Contact support about an alternative where needed.

You may use the learning materials for your own learning and business practice. Biz Growth Hub and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of the teaching materials. Do not record, download, copy, sell, publish or forward course videos, transcripts or restricted materials, or give other people access, without permission.

Files expressly provided as downloads may be saved and used for their stated learning purpose. That permission does not include redistributing or selling them. Do not share another learner's work, contact details, image or personal story without their permission.

6. Community and account safety

Our initial cohort uses Telegram for programme discussion and Zoom for live classes. These are third-party services with their own terms and privacy settings. Other participants may see your profile or contributions. Review your settings before joining and use the official links in your student portal.

  • Keep your password, account-setup link and personal Telegram invitation private.
  • Treat learners and staff respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate others or post unlawful content.
  • Do not spam, run scams, solicit payments or share unsolicited promotions in programme spaces.
  • Do not share customer lists, passwords, bank credentials or other confidential information in classes, assignments or group chats.
  • Report suspicious messages and access problems to support. Staff will not ask for your password or one-time password.

We may remove harmful content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect learners, investigate account misuse or address serious or repeated breaches. We will explain the reason where lawful and practicable, and you may contact support to request a review. Any refund question remains subject to the published refund policy and applicable law.

7. Seed funding and other benefits

The initial programme offers seed funding of ₦250,000 each to eight selected learners, totaling ₦2 million, and Bumpa Pro subscriptions for 100 businesses. These benefits are selective. Paying, attending, completing assignments or meeting eligibility conditions does not guarantee selection.

Timely assignments and the visibility challenge are eligibility requirements, not an award decision. Bumpa Pro consideration also takes assignment quality and business readiness into account. Seed funding requires a separate application and selection process.

Detailed selection criteria, application dates, verification, award conditions and delivery arrangements will be communicated separately before the relevant application or selection process. These programme terms do not replace those rules or announce that applications are open. Questions or complaints about eligibility or selection should go to support.

8. Business outcomes

Journey to ₦3 Million teaches practical business skills. The goal of growing from ₦0 to ₦3 million within 180 days is an intended educational outcome, not a promise that you will earn a particular amount, make a profit or receive funding.

Results depend on your starting point, decisions, effort, resources and market conditions. Examples and other learners' results are not guarantees of your results. The programme is business education, not personalised legal, tax or investment advice. Seek qualified advice when your circumstances require it.

9. Refunds and service problems

You can request a full refund before the first live class begins. After teaching begins, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable. Duplicate payments, missing paid access, cancellations and material service failures are covered by the refund policy, including its conditions, timelines and request process.

If we cannot deliver a material part of the paid programme, we will explain the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, rescheduling or a full or proportionate refund. This does not limit any remedy you are entitled to by law.

Report access or delivery problems promptly so we can investigate. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents you from raising a payment dispute or consumer complaint.

10. Your work and personal information

You retain ownership of the original work you submit. You allow Biz Growth Hub to store and use it to deliver the programme, record participation, provide any applicable review, and assess benefits you apply for. This does not transfer ownership of your business or give us permission to use your work in advertising.

We will seek appropriate separate permission before republishing your work, testimonial, image or story for promotion. Account and programme messages are separate from optional marketing. Read our privacy notice for information about personal data, recordings and tracking, and contact support with privacy questions or requests.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future enrollments and will show the update date on this page. The terms and programme information shown or accepted when you purchased continue to govern your purchase. A later update will not remove rights or benefits that already applied.

If a material change affects an existing enrollment, we will communicate it and obtain agreement where required. We will not treat continued browsing alone as acceptance of a new restriction on a paid enrollment.

12. Questions and complaints

Email [email protected] for programme, payment, access, community, privacy or funding questions. Include your name, enrollment email, programme and a short explanation. Add a payment reference if relevant, but never send passwords, one-time passwords or full card details.

We will investigate complaints and explain the outcome or next steps. Nigerian law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If a consumer complaint remains unresolved, you may contact the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. These terms do not prevent you from seeking help from a regulator or a court with jurisdiction.
